法国Les Bienheureux公司收购金巴利集团旗下马提尼克农业朗姆酒品牌
意大利金巴利集团（Campari Group）宣布将其位于马提尼克岛的农业朗姆酒业务出售给法国公司Les Bienheureux。此次交易涉及BBS公司旗下三大品牌：Trois Rivières、Maison La Mauny和Duquesne。金巴利集团于2019年收购BBS，此次出售需经法国土地管理机构SAFER审批，主要涉及马提尼克Rivière-Pilote的农业用地转让。金巴利集团今年上半年有机销售额增长2.7%，此次剥离系其聚焦核心品牌战略的一部分。
French company Les Bienheureux has emerged as the buyer of Campari Group’s agricole rum portfolio in Martinique.
Following the publication of its first-half (H1) results 2026 last month, where organic sales were up 2.7%, Campari Group confirmed the sale of Bellonnie et Bourdillon Successeurs (BBS) was planned to a ‘French private industry player’.
BBS is the company behind Campari Group’s rhum agricole portfolio in Martinique, which produces the Trois Rivières, Maison La Mauny and Duquesne brands. Italian firm Campari Group acquired the business in 2019.
French company Les Bienheureux has been revealed as the private industry player that will buy the brands.
The company announced it has signed an agreement with Campari to buy BBS pending approval from the Société d’Aménagement Foncier et d’Établissement Rural (SAFER).
