英国威尔士宣布自2027年起将酒吧餐饮业房产税下调30%
威尔士政府计划自2027年4月1日起，将酒店餐饮场所的商业房产税下调30%，应课差饷租值低于5.1万英镑（约6.87万美元）的酒吧与餐厅可享受该折扣，力度高于目前面向餐饮场所的15%临时减免。为弥补减税成本，威尔士将对租值超过10万英镑的物业小幅上调高税率乘数，2027-28年度乘数细节将在英国政府10月28日秋季预算后确认。威尔士首席部长表示，此举意在让酒吧、咖啡馆、健身房、酒店等社区商业有信心投资与增长；行业组织UKHospitality Cymru对该减税表示欢迎。
The Welsh government plans to cut business rates for hospitality venues by 30% from 1 April 2027.
Pubs and bars with a rateable value below £51,000 (US$68,711) will be eligible for the discount.
The reduction exceeds the 15% temporary relief currently available to eligible food and drink hospitality businesses in Wales.
Meanwhile, UK prime minister Andy Burnham has planned a 20% cut for pubs, clubs and live music venues in England from April 2027.
To fund the cut, the Welsh government will introduce a ‘small’ increase to the higher multiplier, which applies to properties with a rateable value above £100,000.
Further details on the multipliers for 2027-28 will be confirmed following the UK government’s autumn Budget, which is set to be announced on 28 October.
