美国缅因州酒厂推出龙虾壳伏特加
总部位于美国波特兰的Bold Coast Spirits推出以缅因龙虾壳浸泡的龙虾伏特加，面向厨房与酒吧场景。这是该品牌继生蚝壳伏特加之后的第二款伏特加，龙虾壳来自缅因海鲜公司Luke's Lobster。该品牌称，龙虾约七成半重量在取肉后被丢弃，但壳中仍保留丰富风味，成品带有明显的咸鲜龙虾风味与黄油气息，可用于酱汁、浓汤及其招牌血腥玛丽。
Portland-based Bold Coast Spirits has unveiled a vodka infused with Maine lobster shells, designed for both the kitchen and the bar.
The new flavoured vodka follows the brand's signature Oyster Shell Vodka, which is rested on reclaimed, cracked oyster shells from Maine oyster farms. Lobster Vodka uses lobster shells from the Maine-based seafood company Luke's Lobster.
After the meat is extracted, the shells still contain a rich flavour, which Bold Coast claims to capture in its culinary spirit. Lobster Vodka is said to have a pronounced, savoury lobster character with buttery notes, and adds concentrated flavour to sauces, chowders and the brand's signature Bloody Mary.
