大摩（The Dalmore）Cask Curation系列推出第四款也是最后一款——马德拉桶版，三瓶装定价3.735万英镑（约4.7万美元）。品牌与葡萄牙两百年历史的马德拉生产商Blandy's合作，采用传统Canteiro日晒熟成工艺，通过三种马德拉风格陈酿出三款单一麦芽威士忌。该系列始于2023年，聚焦不同桶陈风格，此前已推出雪莉桶、波特桶与红酒桶版本。
The fourth and final release in The Dalmore’s Cask Curation Series is The Madeira Cask Edition.
The trio of whiskies is priced at £37,350/US$47,000 To create the whisky, the Whyte & Mackay-owned single malt brand partnered with Blandy’s Madeira .
Blandy’s has been creating Madeira on the Portuguese island of the same name for two centuries, across seven generations of the same family.
The Madeira producer is known for its dedication to traditional production, including the Canteiro ageing process, which allows resting casks to be gently heated by the sun.
First launched in 2023, the Cask Curation Series focuses on maturation styles, with previous instalments highlighting Sherry and Port wine and red wine cask-aged whiskies.
The series is also intended to evoke the spirit of travel, highlighting the journey of casks from wineries and bodegas around the globe to The Dalmore distillery in the Scottish Highlands.
The Madeira Cask Edition explores The Dalmore through three styles of Madeira, producing three single malts.
