美国烈酒企业Sazerac被曝正洽谈收购德国烈酒生产商Berentzen。彭博社9月16日报道称，这家拥有Buffalo Trace的美国公司正与Berentzen-Gruppe就潜在交易进行磋商。Berentzen的烈酒组合包括Berentzen利口酒、Pushkin伏特加以及加勒比朗姆酒Tres Países等，公司同时经营软饮品牌与自有品牌代工业务。Sazerac在声明中回应称，公司不对市场猜测、潜在交易或具体收购机会发表评论。
Buffalo Trace owner Sazerac is reportedly eyeing up German schnapps maker Berentzen as its next acquisition.
A report in Bloomberg yesterday (16 September) claimed the US spirits firm was in negotiations with Berentzen-Gruppe over a potential deal.
The German company’s spirits portfolio includes liqueur brand Berentzen, Pushkin vodka, and Caribbean rum blend Tres Países, among others. It also has soft drink brands and a private label business.
In a statement, Sazerac said: “We don’t comment on market speculation, potential transactions, or specific acquisition opportunities.”
The Spirits Business has also approached Berentzen-Gruppe for comment.
